Exchange & Refund Policy

At Liyana’s Turbans, we want you to be happy with your purchase. Please review our policy before placing your order.

Exchanges — Canada Orders

We accept exchanges within 2 days of delivery.

Items must be:

• Unworn and unused
• Unwashed
• Free from makeup, perfume, stains, hair, or any signs of wear
• Returned in their original condition and packaging

Please contact us within 2 days of delivery before sending your item back.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Once the item is received and inspected, we will process the exchange.

If the requested item is unavailable, you may choose another available item of equal value or receive store credit.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Any damaged, defective, or incorrect item must be reported within 2 days of delivery.

Please contact us with your order number and clear photos of the item. Claims reported after 2 days may not be accepted.

U.S. Orders

Due to the high cost of international shipping and return services, U.S. orders are final sale and are not eligible for exchanges or refunds.

Please carefully review your selected style, colour, and other order details before completing your purchase.

Refunds

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds for change of mind, colour preference, or incorrect selection.

Sale & Promotional Items

Sale, discounted, promotional, and clearance items are final sale and are not eligible for exchange or refund, except where required by applicable law.

Shipping

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

For eligible Canadian exchanges, the customer is responsible for return shipping and any applicable shipping costs for the replacement item.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel your order. Once an order has been processed or shipped, changes or cancellations may no longer be possible.

By placing an order with Liyana’s Turbans, you acknowledge and agree to this policy, subject to your rights under applicable consumer protection laws.
